Do I need a visa going to chongqing?

I have Philippine passport. my stay in chongqing is less than 72hours. is it visa on arrival on this case? Thank you!

Sorry, if you are not in an emergency, it's nearly impossible to get the VOA and you are not qualify for the 72-hour free transit because your country is not on the list. If you transit in China for not more than 24 hours, you don't need the transit permit. In other cases, you need to get a visa in advance.
