About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hi,

I am flying with KLM, then a KLM operated China Southern Airlines to Shanghai T1. Departing from T2 with China Southern to Taiwan.

Do I need to reclaim my luggage at Shanghai?

Thanks,

Do you land at Pudong Airport? If yes, it's an international to international transfer at PVG. You need to collect the luggage and re-check them.
Hereunder are the correct transfer procedures:
International Passenger After Arrival - International Arrival Access - Boarding Pass & Quarantine & Immigration - International Luggage Claim - Arrival Hall - Go to 3F For Boarding

Hi Lily,

I arrive in Pudong at T1 and continue to T2 with the same airline (China Southern) to my final destination, Taiwan.
Normally on other routes the baggage is checked through from departure to final destination.
Thanks,
