About:Shanghai Metro

Arrive in Hongqiao Airport at 10:55PM. Will the subway take me to Peoples Park area at that time?

If not, what is my best/fastest/cheapest option?

Well, I'm afraid that there is no metro at that time. Thus you need to take a taxi from the airport to the park directly. The cab fare is CNY 75 to CNY 85 at night.
