About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

I get to Shanghai Pudong Airport at 10am on 30th March.

I have 22 hours before my flight to Vietnam. Will i have time to go downtown? Do they let you go out of airport with no visa as i am only transfering at PVG?

Yes, you can enough time to tour around downtown area. Besides, you don't need to apply for a visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because of your stopover is only 22 hours. But if you wanna leave the airport, you need to apply for a stay permit at the airport. :)
