About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Am a Ugandan national living in Manila without a Philippines residence permit .

Can I apply for a Chinese work visa here without a resident permit if I have the work permit from china already? Thanks for any information in advance

Tim, I’m afraid it is difficult for you to make the application in Philippines if you don’t have residence permit there. Just give it a try. If it cannot work, just go back to your home country to make the application.
