soon i am going to apply for student visa

i need to know few things like i have been asked to submit physical examination certificate is there any special medical test that is required international insurance visa card and yet i haven't been asked to pay residence fee am i going to submit my document wihtout any feey payment

I don’t think there is any special medical test. You don’t need to pay when you submit the application.
You should pay the fee when you collect the result.
