About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from England to Hong Kong wish to visit Chengdu for 72 hours is visa required?

If you want to fly UK-HKG-CTU-HKG-UK, then you will need a visa for China.

If you can fly UK-HKG-CTU-any other country that is not HKG and not China, then you can have 72 hours free transit. For example, Hong Kong-Chengdu-Macau would be ok.
