About:Dragon's Personality and Characteristics

What is my luck this year in business and relationships.

I am a Dragon, Aries sign born 27 March 1976 Female. I would like to quit my job and continue the business I started with my business partner (Male Tiger, a Gemini born 19 June 1974). I also want to know if we have a future together, we've been together for almost 4yrs and he only treats me like his best friend. Any chances of commitment with him?
