About:Zhujiajiao Water Town

Can we visit Zhujiajiao Ancient Town during Chinese New Year 2017?

I'm living and working in Shanghai and my mother and aunt will be visiting during CNY/Spring Festival 2017. Can we add this town as a place to visit? Also, what would be the be best way to get there from my location of Zhaojiabang & Wanping Roads?
