1. It's still operating.
2. It's not far from the metro station, 1.5km, but a little energy-consuming to cover it by walk.
3&4. The town is free to enter, but some museums, exhibitions inside need tickets. You can buy a combo ticket at the tourist center.
5. Many restaurants and snacks inside.

1. Energy-consuming because of the long-distance. The road condition is not bad.
2. Take Exit 1 of Zhujiajiao Metro Station, then walk northward along zhuxi Road for 400m, turn right and walk along the small river to Xihu Street, then you are already at the ancient town.
3. If you just want to take photos and don't go inside the exhibitions, galleries, the temples, or museums, then you don't need to buy the ticket.
4. You can buy the combo ticket at the tourist center at the crossing of Kezhiyuan Rd. and Zhuhu Rd.
5. On this page there is an attraction map for your reference.

2) If I want to take Metro from Pudong International Airport Terminal 1 to Nanjing Road East Metro, at which level and near which gate/shop does the metro located? I can't find the location from their website.

3) If I take a taxi from Pudong Airport to Jinjiang Inn Select Nanjing Road, where will the taxi dropped me at? Because I think this hotel is located at the people's walking pathway instead at the roadside so where will the taxi driver alight me at? Somewhere behind this hotel or which road?

4) The same thing when I want to call the taxi through Didi apps from this hotel to Pudong Airport on my last day, where should I look for the taxi at which road since taxi cannot drive into the walking pathway? Or is there a taxi stand which I can take taxi nearby my hotel?

Please advice me.

1. Three in total. And you can find restaurants on 3F.
2. You can take metro line 2 on the arrival level. There will be bilingual sign boards to guide you to the platform.
3. The driver will try to alight you as close as possible to the hotel. I can see that the closest alighting point is less than 150m from the hotel.
4. You need to go to the roadside to take a taxi or hire a didi car. You cannot catch a taxi on the pedestrian street. The closest one is Jiujiang Rd. You need to walk southward to it.
