About:China Visa on Arrival

i hv USA passport and in Nigeria now and i want to go to china is it possible to get arrival visa

when i arrive to Shanghai pudong?

Sorry, I'm afraid it's hard to get Shanghai VOA. If you enter Shanghai from Nigeria and then leave for a different country, you may use the 144hrs free transit in Shanghai.
