Route eligible for 144 hours visa?

Hello!

Is the following route eligible for the 144 hours free transit program?

Germany to BKK - 2 weeks stay in Thailand - then BKK to PVG - 3 days in Shanghai - then back to Germany via Abu Dhabi (no stay there, just changing planes).
