were do you pick-up the ticket in Shenzhen train station?

When buying a ticket from Shenzhen railway station to Guangzhou railway station on this website , were do you pick-up the ticket in Shenzhen?

You can pick it up at the ticket counters in the station. You would need the ticket pick up number and also all the passengers passports.
