Can I already get a visa for double entry?

We are traveling to China 2 times this year. The first stay (Being) is in March and we already booked the tickets and hotel. But for the second time (Shanghai and Hainan, this will be in June) we can not book the ticket and the hotel yet. As soon as we know when our friends can travel with us we will book.
