Egyptian citizens applying for a Chinese visa from the UK

What process would be followed for an Egyptian citizen applying for a Chinese visa from the UK?

You should first prepare the relevant documents for tourist L visa: your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your residence permit in UK, round trip air tickets, and hotel reservation. Next, go to the CVASC to submit the application.

Yeah, the process is the same, but the supporting documents are different.
