About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

HI, my brother is in china with L visa and in short will start his own office there.

Is it possible to convert the L type into Z without coming back to Italy in order to start the process of temporary residence permit?

Romina, it is possible for him to do that within China. It’s worth a try.
