About:China Visa

If I get a ticket for the Hong Kong to Shanghai through train and stay in Shanghai for 4 nights

then fly out to Vietnam will I have any problems using the visa exemption and who do I notify at Hung Hom Station.Are they aware at Hung Hom of this exemption
I am a uk passport holder

Graham, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai without any problems. You should inform the train station staffs that you want to use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai when you are at Hung Hom Station.
