economical hotel during spring festival holidays 28 -30 jan'2017

during spring festival 2017 it must be crowded. can anybody please suggest some economical hotel during peak festival holidays. harbin tour can we manage ourself or guide is must. I can manage with speaking mandarin. thanks.Bindal, China

You can check in Lavande Hotel, located at no. 358 of Hayao Road, or Ji Hotel Youyi Road. Actually, the public transportation is very convenient to reach major attractions in the city. Besides you can speak simple mandarin, so it might not be necessary to have a guide.
