Arrival Shanhai port 10 apr 09 am, stay in a hotel and leave on 10 apr 0:05 am> 144HVFT?

We are on a cruise from Mauritius to Shanghai. Previous port before Shanghai is Hongkong for 10 hours. We arrive on 10th April at 09:00 am . We will stay in a hotel for 1 night and we leave for Amsterdam on 12th April 0:05 am from Shanghai Airport. Are we qualified for the 144 Hours Free Transit.
We are flying from Amsterdam to Mauritius and in Mauritius we are embarking.
