If my relative holding China passport (only have visa to Malaysia), can he get visa upon arrival at HK and MACAU? Or need to get in advance before entry?

Regine, if he will travel like country A-HK (7 days)-Macau ( 7 days)-country B, he can enjoy free stay in HK and Macau for not exceeding 7 days respectively.

If so, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit either.
