I amo not sure if you refers to the Wusongkou Cruise Home Base. If yes, the buses and subway maybe a little difficult. You can take the bus No. Baoshan 9 to Tongji Road (Baoyang Road) first and then walk to aoyang subway station of subway Line 3 to Zhongshan Park and finally change to Line 2 to Hongqiao station. Taking a taxi would be easier but cost around CNY150-200.
