About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a flight from Kathmandu to Kumning then a 12 hour layover

and then a flight from Kumning to Nanjing then a 3 hour layover and then a flight from Nanjing to Sydney. Do I need a Visa?

You don't need a visa if your total time spent in China is less than 24 hours.
