About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
I am on a cruise which calls into Shanghai on 12th March 2017 arriving at 0900hrs departing at 2100.
Do I need a visa?

Rosemary, if you enter from a country to Shanghai and then leave for a different country, you don't need it.
