How much by metro and also how much by taxi?  Is the cruise terminal currently under construction?  Is gate 1 within walking distance to gate 2?

Walk from the hotel to Middle Xizang Road East Beijing Road and take bus no. 952. Get off at Wusongkoulu Baoyang Raod. Then walk for 6-8min to the cruise terminal. This can be the best way for you without a transfer. If by metro, you need to take line 10, change to line 4 and transfer to line 3 to Baoyang Road and take a taxi to reach. In this way, an hour is needed and it costs CNY5. By taxi, the whole way costs CNY80 or around. I don't read about any closing info about the cruise terminal. You'd better check it again.
