macao to hkia skypier transit with cebu pacific air

Question

Is it possible for us to travel from Macao via ferry to HKIA Skypier if our connecting flight is Cebu Pacific Air? I understand that Cebu Pacific does not have a check-in counter at the Skypier. I guess what I am trying to clarify is if it is possible to arrive in the Skypier and check-in at the regular check-in counter outside Skypier?

But as I know, it is ok to transfer to Skypier. If the airline has no counter at Skypier, just walk into the terminal budiling of HKIA, no need to go through the immigration to catch your flight.
