Regarding 144hour transit visa in Shaghai, is it okay to fly in to PVG and fly out of SHA(Hongqiao)

Hello,
Regarding 144 hour free transit i Shanghai, I like to know if I can fly into PVG and fly out of SHA?
I will be stopping in Shaghai for 2 days arriving to PVG (SFO -> PVG) and will fly out of Hongqiao(SHA -> GMP).
Is this okay with 144 hour free policy?
