I hold Vietnamese passport. My meeting schedule is 3 weeks in Bejing (start from 4th Feb 2017),

then 1 week in Philipine, then 2 weeks in Guang zhou (start from 5 Mar 2017). I already get Chinese tourist L type (single entry, 3 month) for Beijing trip. Supposed to apply for another tourist L type for Guang zhou when I am in Philippine. However, I just figure out that I am not allowed to apply for Chinese visa in Philippine because I am under Philippine tourist visa at that time.
What should I do so I can enter Guangzhou from Philippine?
Does VOA at Guangzhou airport work for me?
