Hilen, you cannot get VOA at Guangzhou airport. You have to apply for a tourist L type for Guangzhou in advance. Maybe you can find an agency and see if it can help you with that. Or you should go back to your home country to apply for it before entering Guangzhou.

I hold Vietnamese passport. My meeting schedule is 3 weeks in Bejing (start from 4th Feb 2017),

Hilen, you cannot get VOA at Guangzhou airport. You have to apply for a tourist L type for Guangzhou in advance. Maybe you can find an agency and see if it can help you with that. Or you should go back to your home country to apply for it before entering Guangzhou.
