My 3-month double entry visa has been used twice and I am in Kuala Lumpur.

Can I successfully apply for a 3-month double entry business M type to travel to Beijing in KL? I do not have permanent residence in Malaysia but have a multiple entry visa to the US and have travelled to 6 different countries in the last 12 months. I hope that helps. Thanks!
