About:Shenzhen Metro Map

Hi, can anyone tell me the best way to travel from Shenzhen Airport to Hyatt Place?

I'm arriving at 4:25PM.
And how much does it cost for the ticket? can they speak English?

For communication, can we buy prepaid simcard to put in my phone? or better use roaming?

Upon landing, you are advised to take metro line 11 from the airport to Chegongmiao Station. Then transfer to metro line 1 to Laojie Station, Exit H, and you will see the hotel immediately. The whole way takes around 70 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 8 per person. You can easily see the clear English signs inside the stations that can help you find the right directions. And the staff can speak basic English for daily communication. Don't worry.

In addition, if you stay in the city for a long time, you are suggested to buy a Sim Card. If not, you can just use the free Wi-fi Service of your hotel and restaurants. Have a nice journey!
