About:China Travel Tips

We'll be touring Yunnan, Sichuan and Guangxi. Is it easy to purchase plane, train or bus tickets?

Because we not too sure with regards to our itinerary and the length of stay at each place, it would be ideal if we can buy those tickets closer to our dates of travel. Can we afford to wait until a couple of days before the the date of travel or would it be too late? If not, what would be the latest I should buy our tickets?

Well, you can buy bus tickets a few days in advance or even on the date of travel. Currently, train tickets are released 30 days in advance. You should book it about one month in advance. Also, it will be better to book flight tickets one or two months in advance. In this way, you may get some discount of airline tickets.
