If you want to apply for HK tourist visa, you need to provide proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, copy of your passport, a fully completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, as well as your travel itinerary.

If it is not required, you don’t need to translate it.
You cannot do everything online. You should apply for it from the CVASC in Osaka.
