About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

If I buy Hong Kong Airport Express Group Ticket of 2 for 140 HKD,

then I can top up the money into this card or I have to buy octopus card?

No, you can just purchase the group ticket. And you don't need to buy the Octopus Card.
