About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling from Russia Through Beijing and again Russia

We are travelling witch a charter flight with a hockey team from Habarovsk (Russia), then 2 days in Beijing (we have a game here) and then flying again to Russia to Vladivostok. One of our players (US citizen) have no chinese visa. Can we use this 72 hours free transit?

No, you cannot use it. A visa is needed.
