72 hour transit in PEK from OKA

Am I eligible if I travel from
OKA-ICN-PEK(72HR)-ICN-OKA
OR
OKA-TPE-PEK(72HR)-ICN-OKA

If you hold a Japanese passport you'll be given a 15-day stay per entry so there's really no need to be in transit.
