About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Is there a Transport Pass in Shanghai and I will be able to have one my whole stay?

If so how do I apply for one

You can buy a Transportation Card at the Customer Service Center in most subway stations. You just need to pay CNY20 as the refundable deposit and top it up as you wish. Before you leave SH, you can apply for a refund at most subway stations.
