About:Wuxi Ancient Kilns Relics Museum

I have a Z visa and temporary residence permit.

The Temp Res Permit is a A4 size paper with all information on it.

I would like to leave mainland China to visit my home country for the Spring Festival... My Z type is a single entry permit with 000 as the number of days after entry. if i leave to visit my home country would i need to apply for a new Z type or is my temporary residence permit enough for me to leave and re-enter China without any issues?

this is quite strange, usually the residence permit is affixed on the passport like a visa does. My guess is you've mistaken the residence registration form with the actual residence permit itself. Contact the Exit and Entry Administration in your city of residence, and not your local police station, to get one on your passport.
