Can I rend and ride bicycle in sightseeing areas for leisure in Shenzhen?

Is there any bicycle tracks for this activity ?
What is the rental for hiring bicycles and where can I hire one ?

I remember there are bicycle tracks in the city and you can easily find bike rental points in SZ.
I also heard you need to get a special rental card for bicycle. In different districts, the fee standards are different. In most districts, it is usually free of charge for the first hour.
