About:China Family Reunion Visa

I have a Q2, 6 month, multiple entry visa.

May I extend the Q2 type if I want to stay in China for a longer
stay or do I have to leave the country for a couple of days and then reenter?

Yes, you can apply for the Q2 type for a longer stay within China.

Hello.
I hope that I was clear. I already have a Q2, six month, multiple entry.
If I stay for six months ,may I extend it to one year?

You can extend it, but the extended duration won’t be more than the original duration of stay. Thus, you cannot extend it to one year.
