About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I will be in shanghai in two and half month to study.

During these to months i will also be traveling to other cities in the mainland, for example beijing. Which kind of visa should i apply for?

Madeleine, if you just study for less than 6 months, and travel around mainland China, you can just apply for a student X2 type for that.
