Can I get the 144h transit Vsa at Bao'an Airport in Shenzhen, Arriving on NZL Passport?

My intension is cross to HK by Metro, possibly by the end of the 144h. Come back the same day to Luohu crossing, apply for the 5 days VOA for Shenzhen, then fly back to NZL from Bao'an Airport Shenzhen back to NZL... Are there any limitations on the visas? Thanks, Stefan

You mean you will fly to Bao'an Airport in Shenzhen from NZL, after staying there for 144 hours, you will go to HK? If yes, you will be able to use the 144 hour free transit in Shenzhen.
When you return to Shenzhen from HK, you can apply for the 5-day VOA at Luohu port, and after 5 days, you can go back to NZL from Bao'an Airport.
