New multiple entry Visa after 3-year break?

In my passport, I have 1 * 1Y Multi-entry and 2 * 2Y Multi-entry. However, due to job change I did not use the last Visa, which expired in Aug 2016 (my last entry to China was Mar 2014). Now with my new job, I may soon need to travel to China again. Will I qualify for another multi-entry permit (same passport)?

Mike, yes, you can try to apply for a new multiple-entry visa for China with the same passport.
