Is it easy and accessible for persons with disabilities to visit Guilin Reed Flute Cave?

Yes, generally speaking, it's ok for disabled people to tour around the scenic area. For your convenience, you are advised to avoid peak tourist time such as holidays and weekends.

Thanks for your reply. If the disabled person will not enter the cave, is there areas outside where he can hang out while waiting for his companions?

There is a National Presents Exhibition Hall inside the scenic spot. May be he can visit there while waiting for his companions. In addition, Guanshitang Museum is only 130 yards from the ticket office of the scenic spot.
