What place in Shenyang to buy cell phone? Or Cell phone market?

Hi,can anyone tell if there is the place to buy cellphone here in the city? or cellphone market?

You can go to Daxi Electronic Market. There are several stores that sell kinds of cellphones. Most of products have nice quality and acceptable prices. It's located at Daxi Road (nearby Huaiyuanmen Subway Station).
