About:Guiyang Weather

If I plan to go Guiyang say middle of Jan 2017 , will it be very cold ?

Can I now travel from KM by the hi speed train to GY? Time between cities?
As the Chinese NY is 28/1 this year, will 15/1 to 20/1 be too crowded?
If i have three days in GY, is it enough for sightseeing, and can you name some places of interests?

Day 2: Jiaxiu Tower - Forest Park
Day 3: Flower Stream Park - Qingyan Ancient Town
