I want to know about my future in 2017(My D.O.B is 20 April 1994)

I am working as Software Engineer. Will I shift to a better company?Will I buy a new house and a bike in this year? What about my health side?

Thanks for the reply. Are there any chances for me going to abroad in future?
Iam not much satisfied with the current company. Is it a good option to move to other company or stay in the same company?

Yes, when you are fully prepared, you can go abroad. It is likely that you will get promoted if you stay at the current company.
