Hi We are planning to visit Harbin between 31st Dec to 2nd Jan 2017 My younger daughter is 5 years

My younger daughter is 5 years old, will it be suitable for her to visit there during this time?

I wonder if your daughter can bear the low temperature. The lowest temp shall fall to -4F, extremely cold. Suppose she has never been to a place of low temp, I advise you don't take her there. If it is ok, prepare enough warm clothing, snow boots, quality gloves, scarves and mask for both of you. And don't let your daughter stay at outdoor for a long time.
