About:Beijing Capital International Airport

I'm landing at PEK at 4:10pm with a 2 hour 10' minute layover before boarding flight to Phuket.

Is this enough time to make second flight? I'm flying Air China.

Yes, you will have enough time to catch the next flight. It's an international to international transfer in T3, PEK. Generally speaking, the minimum transfer time is around an hour. And hereunder is the correct transfer procedures:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
