What consequences should I take if I go with my husband with no marriage contract and a tourist visa

Hi, I marry a Chinese this month Here on my place
, I have already a passport not yet have a visa, and our marriage contract is still process for almost 3weeks but my husband really need to go to China with me , what steps should I take to to with him for at least 6months.
