I will be arrive in Xiamen , Gaoqi airport on january 4 , 2017 at 11pm

and I have connecting flight the next day at 5:30pm , i will be staying in Xiamen less than 24 hrs , do i need a visa to exit from airport? I am from indonesia and i will be flying by Xiamen Air from Seoul , korea to Jakarta and transit in Xiamen for 18 hours. Also can i bring handcarry and 1 baggage cause i read only 1 item per person 23kg . Thank you
