I have all of my documents ready. I am a US Citizen and need an L visa. Where do I send all document

Kathy, you should submit your application to the relevant consulate general of China in US to apply for it based on the area you live.0

If you want to work in China, you should first find a job and then your employer can get you the relevant documents for you to apply for the work Z type.
If you go there for tourist purpose, you should first book a tour and then can apply for a group tourist L type for China.0
